Can you really believe that Uncle Ted would do such a thing to dodge the draft? I mean he was a member of The Amboy Dukes at this time and could of easily (as in had the money) gotten to Canada to dodge the draft.

^^You know what Goofball, yes I do believe Ted would do that, it sounds so "preposterous" to neglect yourself to the point of being considered unfit for military duty it has the ring of truth to it.

I am not sure Canada would have let him in anyway, we do have standards.

Of course I'm kidding, many people did flee here to avoid Viet Nam, on the one hand I don't blame them on the other hand if I was drafted I would serve.(Grew up on military bases all over the world when I was a kid so we were raised in the culture of the military.)

Ido agree with lg about one thing is that whether left or right all of this political bs from celebrities gets quite boring and they seem to think that because they are famous they are all of a sudden experts on everthing. I mean they have a right to say what they want but I wish they would just shut up and act, play their instruments, or play ball.
