CRF Record Club Poll 2: Informal Discussion or Review?

In the CRF Record Club thread there are those members who feel albums should be reviewed and those who think a rating would be enough. While others fall somewhere between the two. So, do you believe the chosen album should be:

- informally discussed or rated?
- briefly or actively reviewed?
- a combination of discussion and/or review?
- reviewed according to simple criteria?

I voted for the third option, as I did not intend the thread to consist of formal reviews - it just seemed to happen that way.

I think discussion is more arbitrary and review follows a narrow rubric.
