Hmm...I never knew of any other version but Stories ( which I thought was Rod Stewart for a long time). I'll take Stories over Hot Chocolate.

I'd never heard any version other than the Stories' so I gave the Hot Chocolate version a listen. I think the Stories' version is better.

I like The Stories version the best. The Quireboys or London Quireboys did a pretty good version also IMO.
