The Beasties for me! Just feels like it did more for their genre than Bruce did for his! I think Born In The USA did more for Bruce himself than pushing music in certain direction if that makes sense!

completely disagree Soot, look how many were influenced by BITUSA.. Beastie's album may have been more expansive, but I think Bruce's was/is more influential


and Bruce wins for me, I can't take Beastie Boys very seriously,

certainly a fun band, but Bruce is much more developed, solid, cooler, rock n roll..er, over all better IMO

I prefer 70's Bruce, but Born In The U.S.A. is still a classic flawless album. Never cared much for The Beastie Boys
