King of the mountain......lots of good tracks to choose from. High five to That 70s Guy for getting us to play our old KISS albums again....not complaining...it needed doing

Gave the entire album two spins last night and I think I'll do it again tonight. It's been too long since I last gave this entire album a listen.


I have narrowed my list down to two:

• King of the Mountain
• Tears Are Falling

I'm leaning towards Tears due to my affinity for 80's power ballads. King of the Mountain was a GREAT way to usher in Bruce's studio work with the band. This is tough.

I like this album a lot. This was the cd I bought after not listening to KISS for several years.


If you enjoy Paul Stanley vocals, this one is a treat.

King of the Mountain, Who Wants To Be Lonely, I'm Alive, and of course Tears Are Falling all showcase some of Paul's most commanding vocals up until that point.

That being said, I actually chose Secretly Cruel, simply because I like the hook.
