Since I totally LOVE UFO I may have to check out THe Good Rats.

I've never heard of them.

The Rats are really just a good-time bar band that overachieved for a while in the late 70s-early 80's. They've played the heck out of the NY/Conn/NJ area for years. I saw them open for Rush way back. It amazes me that they formed in 1964 and are still going today.

Another great 70's band that comes to mind that are pretty much forgotten FAMILY.

- - -> Mountain/Leslie_West (i am always suprised how little they are remembered)

I saw Bonnie in the 70's, but she didn't have Delaney with her. She still did an awesome concert.
