I still remember being 13-14 and Freedom At Point Zero was a gift from my Mom at Christmas...man I flipped out. Stayed with me ever since. Funny thing...she bought it for me cause there was a song called "Rock Music" on the back cover.

She didn't really know that I already hailed it..and tripped out when I got all excited about it. :grinthumb

Molly Hatchet I really liked Beatin' The Odds & Take No Prisoners. I really liked Freedom at Point Zero especially for "Rock Music"(I really thought that tune was going to take off) but Modern Times didn't do much for me except for "Stranger" & "Mary". I think it's a decent album but it was an album that gained a lot of dust

^^^:heheh: I used to have a friend who's wifes name was Mary, and when I listen to that song I tend to think of her, for various reasons and also a couple of concerts we all went to so many years ago!

I really loved (and still do love) Stairway To Cleveland.

Don't know why really...silly song...but I end up head bangin' to it every time...ok I just admitted that didn't I?

Modern Times.

Beatin' The Odds was good but with no Danny Joe Brown it just doesn't seem like Molly Hatchett. Probably why the title song was released on Molly's Greatest Hits it was a live version with DJ Brown singing it.
