Bands That You Missed The Boat On?

I am glad to hear it Cream'd I love Pink Floyd.

Here's a band I found recently, or rediscovered would be a better way to put it.

A criminally overlooked progressive rock band, I have picked up 7 of their albums over the last couple months and can't believe I never checked them out back in the 70's. They never rose to the heights of their contemporaries for some strange reason, and have created some beautiful music.

I will do a thread for them when I have become more familiar with their albums.

I'm loving the few albums i have of Pink Floyd,i will more than likely buy a few more in the weeks to come,can't beleive i've let a band of this quality pass me by for all these years

I forgot i also ordered Wish You Were Here(it came on Saturday morning),i haven't got around to listening to it yet.I have also just made an offer on Ebay for Animals.

Anyway I saw Sunny's footprints in the forum tonight and that reminded me of this artist, who Sox also reveres, so between the two of them singing his praises I now have 5 of his early albums.

Most 1990's rock groups including alternative and grunge bands. Stuff like Nirvana, Soul Asylum, Goo Goo Dolls, Cranberries, etc.

Right on, LG. Rory is hands down one of my favorite guitarists ever. Which albums have gotten a hold of so far?

Marshall Tucker Band and Little Feat .. but I am about to head in their direction, gonna get a few choice albums. Eberg and LG have eased me into MTB already.
