Re: Bad Company

Well said Boston, I have been revisiting Bad Company since Magic wrote this thread, and some of the older albums I didn't think too much of are growing on me now.

Re: Bad Company

Good post Magic.. Bad Company is one of my most played bands..
They really have a great sound..
My favorite album by them is this..

Ever song on it is a hit to me..
Absolutley love Wild Fire Woman and Deal with the Preacher..:grinthumb
I got a chance to see them with Brian Howe and it was a different group..
I like Holy Water Here Comes Trouble and Dangerous Age.. But I'm a fan of Paul Rogers and I was pleased to see him work with Queen
I thought the Firm was a OK attempt at a record.. It has a couple songs I like..

But the original Bad Company had some mega songs.. I never tire of them..:D

left to right: Boz Burrell (bass), Paul Rogers (vocals, guitar), Mick Ralphs (guitar), Simon Kirke (drums)
And the same group today:

This supergroup made up of members from Free (Paul Rodgers, Simon Kirke), Mott the Hoople (Mick Ralphs), and King Crimson (Boz Burrell) are an awesome blues-rock band. When I think back to the 70's, this band comes to mind as one of my favorites.

The song "Feel Like Makin' Love" still reverberates through my ears today and is probably one of the catchiest and most memorable songs. The guitar riff by Mick Ralphs, the bada ba... bada ba, is one sound that will get stuck in your head !!

The band still puts on concerts, but hasn't made any new albums since 1996.

I have all their ablums up to the release of 1982, "Rough Diamonds".

Run With The Pack is my favorite album:

Run With the Pack

Silver, Blue and Gold

Live For the Music

Wow, does that bring back mems.......I got that LP with the silvery cover way back when....always loved this band :):)

Re: Bad Company

Paul (Mr. Arrogance) Rogers looks a lot like Danny Bonaduce.

Re: Bad Company

I'm not sure but that other idiot is overqualified on that count, never liked him in the Partridge Family either and less now.;)
