There was no reason to use it. That contestant wouldn't have made it to top 5 regardless I guarantee it, so it would have been a complete waste. They will most likely use it on Elise. Poor girl just suffers from bad song choices that don't showcase her true talent and abilities.

Hollie needs to go next, as much as I like her. She lets the music completely overtake/overshadow her, and looks lost a majority of the time and seems to do only what is expected of her onstage and doesn't let her personality come across to the viewers who will fail to remember her because of it. Also detrimental to her stay on Idol is the natural comparison to same-aged Jessica, who completely overshadows poor Hollie every single week and is wise beyond her years when it comes to her soul, passion and overall talent.
Hollie is a classic example of a hopeful the judges should have turned down to let her grow a little more as a singer and hopefully come back in a year or two when she's acquired a little more wisdom in the music biz. Too inexperienced, and Jessica has a history with these shows which explains her natural ability to own the stage and outshine the competition.

Hollie was actually one of the last girls cut last year.She got cut just before the live shows. I know the contestants are sad when one of them leaves ,but it looked like they wanted the save to be used. Don't they realize it just means two leave the next week?

Not really too heartbroken to see Deandre go. He's got a decent enough voice but I wasn't really into anything he sang and didn't ever look forward to hearing him.

Phillip = nice guy, terrible singer. I just don't hear anything that the judges and, obviously, alot of voters are hearing.

Apparently the contestants will be singing songs from this decade (2010-12) tomorrow. Hmm, that doesn't leave a lot of good options in my opinion. I foresee some Adele coming our way once again.

^^^ The list I saw didn't have any covers but I'm not sure if it was the real deal or not. I did see "You and I" by Lady Gaga (which I can't stand) and some Gotye as well as Kellie Pickler (I'll give you one guess on THAT one). Guess we'll see tonight. Nothing too exciting from what I saw and it looks like more duets?

Seacrest said the results tonight could be called shocking.i guess the save could be used tonight .The judges only have this week and next week to use the save.
