1. Outlaws - Consistently great! Their recent album It's About Pride is my favourite record from the last five years. Do give it a try, if you haven't already.

2. .38 Special - From their debut through to Tour De Force they were awesome & even later releases are usually worth a listen.

3. Wet Willie - Stupid name, terrific band. Surprised they've not been given a mention yet!

So many others though! From the Allmans onwards, this is a consistently strong genre!
