^^^Both the Satriani and the Thin Lizzy are top Pearler's, imo! :grinthumb

An album that I've like for many years now, and possibly may get overlooked at times, but is definitely a Pearler, imo.

A 'supergroup' of sorts, Fastway's s/t debut from 1983 was a hard boogie rock that had commercial success. Formed by guitarist 'Fast' Eddie Clarke from Motorhead, Pete Way from UFO who left the band right after recording the album, Jerry Shirley, drummer from Humble Pie, and unknown vocalist David King.

^^ Joe :grinthumb I'm sure I saw them as a support act in the 80's but I just can't remember when and where .. :bonk: Great stuff though.

One from 87' a sound bit of blues/rock from a master.

King Crimson comes out of retirement with a new line up for the early 80's and keeps prog progressing unlike thier counterparts Yes and Genesis that took the mainstream road.

Robert Fripp-guitars, keyboards
Bill Bruford-drums
Tony Levin-bass
Adrian Belew-guitars, vocals

^^^I second that and also definitely agree with you, Sox! :cheers2
That was another pearler that I thought about and would have added, too.

Two more that certainly are Pearler's and fantastic!

Showing some love for one of my favorite bands, Blue Oyster Cult. This album marked a return to form for the band, I was lucky enough to see them tour the year this record came out. It's definitely one of my top three picks of their library.

Joan Crawford.

Joe .. Great album from King Crimson. I think perhaps the best of the three released between 81 and 84.

Rocker440 .. The Dio albums what can I say, fantastic.

LG .. BOC a band I have been wanting to see for years, great stuff.

Judas Priest set the Heavy Metal bar in 1980 ..

K.K. Downing - lead guitar, backing vocals
Rob Halford - lead vocals
Ian Hill - bass, backing vocals
Dave Holland - drums

Arguably one of the best albums from the NWOBHM. Lightning To The Nations from Diamondhead:
