2010 bands that sound like 60's 70's Classic Rock??

[Powerage]

I've got some, but they're really from the 2000's. I've looked in that forum and the only thing close was a thread about doom and psycadelic stuff that sounds like the 6's / 70's which wasn't right. Can I post them in here?

Here's a song by East Arbor 19, a new rock band from London. Very Jim Morrison-like vocals.

I think the Black Crowes have the sound made famous during the 60s & 70s as well as some of Coldplay's music.

keep those model subway trains running - watch the closing doors ***:

[Gabble Ratchet]

The Black Keys play some good ol' blues rock:

Boy & Bear channel some acoustic rock with hints of country:

And Mute Math are just great rock n' roll:

[Zombeels]

Very 70's sounding (I think)

[Metal Health]

None of them. That's why 60s and 70s rock is so unique and treasured.

Since the forum is for 2010's bands ( with an 's ), I am assuming this thread is pertaining to bands / artists of this decade, and not exclusively from the year 2010.

Having said that, a young British singer has got the Burt Bacharach vibe down.

Rumer's debut album "Seasons Of My Soul"was released in 2010, to critical acclaim. Her third "Into Colour" will be released here in the US next month, but is already out in the UK.
