The Jesus and Mary Chain (Official Thread)

Well I waited years to go and see them as I have loved the band since they started and just never seen them, I have all their albums and have thought about buying the latest remastered editions with the DVD included. 10CC (Official Thread)

Over the years this band have done so much, and had many different members but have still remained consistent. I first heard them many years ago and have in the last 6 months completed my CD collection of their original studio albums. I wanted to see them for so many years as I have a lot of...

    Has Angus fired Brian Johnson?

I don't believe anything I hear until it's an official release by the band, I would not go and see them without Brian but that is just me. I hate all the speculation about the band, claims that mr rose is going to join the band for these shows has been rubbishy do but until an official...

Good tracks Lou, I think it's a shame they did not at least play one of the big ones but it's their choice I suppose, creates discussion threads like these.

    Wire (Official Thread)

It was good to catch up with them Lou, I had not seen them before and the fact that they were playing at the festival was one of the reasons I went. Great to see they are still popular, just picked up their 3rd album on CD yesterday, won it on eBay for just over a fiver so happy with that.

    Bruce Springsteen (Official Thread)

I like Bruce, his early stuff is excellent and his later stuff also excellent, born in the USA is ok but too commercial for my tastes but he is talented and his Pete Seeger stuff was great, in fact it was best he has done in ages.

Wire are an English rock band who were formed in London in October 1976 by Colin Newman (vocals, guitar), Graham Lewis (bass, vocals), Bruce Gilbert (guitar), and Robert Gotobed (drums). Their music is often hard to describe and put under one umbrella, their music has been described as post...
