For me, Fallen Angel was the best of the three released Lawton albums.
I have a copy of the Ten Miles bootleg. Some of the tracks are unfinished (maybe all of them), I think if they had been finished/mastered/what have you, it would have sounded a lot better. Ken was talking about finishing...
RIP to the driving force behind classic Uriah Heep. I always hoped for a proper reunion of most of the Lawton era, but 4/5 of the quintessential lineup has been reunited.
Did you know Stevie is only 2½ years younger than Angus? I thought it would be a bigger gap, even tho Steve Sr. was the oldest of the five brothers.
Sounding and looking good here, 100% classic AC/DC.
Since 2017, Epica have also released The Solace System (extra tracks from the Holographic Principle) and an album of B-sides, and coming in 2021 a new album Ωmega.
First video/single is Abyss Of Time.
I'd love to think there's some original unreleased material around. But A Different Kind Of Truth had some old tracks with new lyrics, so it would be a shame if new material was not used there, not that it wasn't a really good album.
I didn't realize the girls had a thread here. I've loved them since day one (however many years ago that was).
Their latest is another original song with vocals.
Camille & Kennerly - Dark Elves (Dökkálfar)
60 unreleased tracks! That's like 6 full albums of potentially great material.
I own all of one "John Elton" album, The Complete Thom Bell Sessions, but he's been a favorite artist of mine forever.
Could be they never went anywhere. Like this band DefCon from Chicago in the late 80's. One or two demos is all they ever did, but they had a nice band photo done.
And yes, that's Albert Bouchard on cowbell. Quite a nice surprise since I thought those guys would never do anything together again.
This track really reminds me of the Revölution By Night-Club Ninja era.
Two "audios" released by Frontiers.
Blue Öyster Cult - "That Was Me" - Official Audio (Eric)
Blue Öyster Cult - "Box In My Head" - Official Audio (Buck)
Damn. A shit couple of years for UFO guys.
Paul Raymond 2019
Larry Wallis 2019
Paul Chapman 2020
Pete Way 2020
I was still holding out hope for a near-classic lineup reunion.
Happy first July morning of 2020! Let's forget about all the BS of this year for 10 minutes.
Look At Yourself was recorded 49 years ago this month.
