Despite having Zeppelin as my favourite band of all time, I am going to side with Heart simply because the song is better.
I always heard Barracuda was inspired by the Immigrant Song.
The Immigrant Song was one of the very first Zep tunes I was really into and I still love it to this day. I like Barracuda quite a bit too but Zeppelin wins this one with no problem.

I know one thing, Barracuda gets played to death on the radio,,,,,I love the song but I'm sick of hearing it.
