Life without Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac would be glum, I remember playing their first album over and over and over again, everything about it just oozes talent all the pieces of the puzzle are there
The first line-up for me. Got into them when i was about 19 years old - even the b-sides like Jigsaw Puzzle Blues are great to hear. The music's so good it can be overlooked. I mean, where did Albatross come from? It's unique and utterly beautiful. Man of the World - so poignant. What a guitarist Peter Green was. He felt every note. Underway's a personal favourite. Someone's just uploaded the Man of the World documentary to youtube which is recommended to those who haven't seen it already.
I like the second lineup the best. I really like the Rumours album. I remember listening to it over and over again with my neighbor back in the late 70's.
