Listen to who I discovered
I really enjoy the fairly contemporary female country singers, they really have become cross over rock and folksingers....like Patty Loveless, Suzie Bogguss, and Kathy Mattea, Rosanne Cash another......they weren't from the 60's and 70's, but they fit in nicely with the expanded genres I collect.- Baz

Thank you again, and I'm amazed at how many players I've added to my treasury of music; I used to count albums, 2000.....then in switching to cd's, I had about 100, and have made 340 of my own as little radio shows....but on HD I have 29,000 songs......and there are folks I didnt get into very...- Baz

You have long held on to your own Magic, I see......but I usually refer to music as an elixir, or tonic, I usually don't say Magic, but I felt coming on that I would suggest how special rock, folk, folk rock, the Brit invasion, traditional Motown, are to me.....and so I said magic.....so thank...- Baz

What are YOUR profound losses
youtube.com has a couple of videos of Laura Nyro, and the chills go up the spine hearing the power of her voice against the piano. But you guys are hitting the button on the thread.
