Thank you for the heads up, guys.

I'm really trying to achieve something with my music and I won't give up until I get there.

Point #2 here is absolutely critical. If the writing isn't there yet, then play other people's music and has been pointed out, play live gigs, not just in the basement or garage. Play free gigs if you have to. #1 the practice in front of both crowded and nearly empty rooms is invaluable. The ability to keep energy and focus on stage regardless of the setting is so important. When playing live, other people's music can be used as an ice-breaker. From my experience in the bar/club business for nearly 25 years (as a bouncer, manager, bartender, DJ and karaoke emcee), I have nearly seen it all. If you aren't known, people tend to not pay attention. Get their attention playing something they know. This will garner a potential fandom as well as help you all in every way. Get tighter as a group, get looser on stage, know how to play to the group in front of you.

Excellent advice, especially what I highlighted. I'd like to expand on that a bit. Playing covers so that you sound "just like the record" (or CD or digital download) is good, but remaking the songs to some degree is better. There's an expression called "making it your own". Audiences like hearing a song they're familiar with. But they tend to enjoy even more a song that they know, but that has been changed a little (or a lot). I started a thread on that subject called "Covers, uncovers, remakes, etc." It has lots of examples of songs that were remade into something really different from their originals. Those examples explain what I'm talking about better than mere words.

Hello everybody. I usually don't write about this particular subject but I couldn't help it. Here it goes a political statement about something really wrong. Take it for what it is.

Hi guys. We've got a new demo out. It's called ''Nocturnal''. Hope you like it.

CIRCADIAN RHYTHM
The Latin words circa diem translate to ‘about a day’. Circadian rhythms are pretty ancient. They are a result of life that evolved on a planet that rotates over a period of 24 hours. Being able to anticipate daily environmental fluctuations is remarkably useful, hence these biological clocks are virtually ubiquitous. Disrupting them causes complications. Circadian rhythms are therefore fascinating on a molecular, medical and evolutionary level.

Delicious got a new demo out. It's called "Queen Of England''.

====================

This song was based on a film called ‘’King Charles III’’. It seemed an interesting subject to write about.

I would like to clarify this is not a political statement. I've lived in England for a period of my life and have nothing to complain about. It’s just a fun song based on a fictional situation.

Like it! Thanks for the inspiration! I'm also trying to record my first song right now. I read about best studio monitors at https://musirank.com/best-studio-monitors/ and ordered one for my home music studio. Hope I'll finish the recording in the near future.
