Can any of you whizz-kids help me identify this obscure band from yesteryear?

Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

Well, the band might well be Phantom Blue.

Definitely not Vixen.

I seem to recognize this picture, or at least 2 of the gals in the picture, but I can't place it. I don't think it's Phantom Blue either, I remember them as a 5-man band, but I haven't seen them in ages.
