I grew up reading the very fun & educational Archie comics. I was always ready and waiting at the local newsagent's for the latest issue.
Then I realized that The Archies as a 'band' really existed and there were real people behind songs like Sugar Sugar and other popular tunes. Those were the days

The Archies were actually session musicians featuring Ron Dante on lead vocals and Toni Wine on duet and backing vocals. Great bubblegum music from back in the day

I must've played this LP so many times over, it wasn't funny anymore. Kub Coda (RIP) was a very talented and ironic singer. Great band!
