I'm a weekly visitor to the New York City Lincoln Center Library of the Performing Arts. This library has a stunning collection of CDs and DVDs available for loan. Since I've been going there for a number of years, I've built up a massive amount of music downloads that will last a lifetime to listen. I've pretty much grabbed everything that could possibly be of interest to me (although each time I visit I find a few more items to try out). There is however one item I noticed there but never took it home yet-that is until this thread reminded me of it.
It's this big box-set on the shelves. Actually it's the library's own plain-looking box-set. It's locked until you check it out at the front desk so browsers cannot know what is inside unless doing so. The only markings outside the box is "Ravi Shankar & George Harrison". This thread reminded me of the item so I looked it up and found on Wiki what it most likely contains
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collaborations_(Ravi_Shankar_and_George_Harrison_album)
After reading that article, I'll most definitely bring it home next week.
