I'm guessin you are talking about the new Atlanta Pop concert. I have mine coming in the mail. Everything I have heard is positive.

Totally missed this. Is that an official release?

Need to add that on my wish list.

Most of it has been available on bootleg, and then in the 90's most of the concert was released in the "Stages" box set. To my knowledge, this is the first time it has been released intact (from soundboard recordings). It sounds great!

Other headliners included: Procul Harum, BB King, Ten Years After, It's A beautiful Day, Johnny Winter, and The Allman Brothers

This is the largest US crowd Jimi ever played to. Estimates are between 200 and 250 thousand people.

Ten weeks later, Jimi Hendrix had passed away.
