Mr. Jim...Kiss Army ?!?!??? Wow! I'm still loving the new Ace album after 2 weeks
enlisted in the Army using the order form in the Kiss alive II album. kept up my "membership" for atleast 5 years or so. I still have that album to this day... although it is a mess.

I would not tell a tale about something so serious. :grinthumb

Even had a couple solo albums, but well,,, not much after that.

guessing you did know that ? for as long as you have known me. Oh and I have other earlier albums as well :omg:

:gig that cracks me up...not knowing you were a fan! It was great being a fan back then....the albums with the stuff inside, the Kiss Army stuff, and all of the magazines!! It's funny because back then my Dad hated that I was Kiss fan. I could just see him roll his eyes when I bought 2 copies of the Kiss Comic book!

it is funny.

I can remember the first time I heard them was Destroyer on 8-Track. It was my brothers. I loved it. Even today I can remember loving it and getting my mother to buy me Alive II at I believe it was Cavages in the old Como Mall.

I got it home tore it open to put it on my sisters record player and all this crap poured out the sleeves... pictures tattoos wew! the mother load.

Buck if you do the math I was young around that time, so I was a kid

mid-late 80's not so much, so we probably never even talked about it

^^^ I still have the CD that I bought the week it came out!

Same here but mine was a bit beat up so I did buy the remastered version that came out last year. Trouble Walkin' is my favorite post Kiss release from Ace although I really do like Space Invader. I guess this would be my order

1) Ace Frehley 1978 solo album
2) Trouble Walkin'
3) Space Invader
4) Frehley's Comet
5) Anamoly
6) Second Sighting

(I didn't add Greatest Hits Live, Live Plus 1, or the 2 best of's)

For Trouble Walkin' I love the title track and Shot full of Rock just kicks total ass. Do Ya is a great cover song and I think 2 Young 2 Die is super cool. I always loved seeing Ace & Ritchie Scarlet perform that live in the 90's

I picked up the Love Gun Deluxe yesterday and it sounds great. The bonus disc is really cool and is worth the cost. The quality is good on the demos especially on the songs that didn't make the album. One tune that's titled I know Who You Are is actually an original working of Living in Sin which appeared on Simmons's 1978 solo album. It's definitely not as cheesy as Living in Sin(it doesn't have the Living in Sin chorus and don't have Cher making that cheesy phone call). It has 3 great live tracks from 1978 (Love Gun, Christine 16, & a near 9 minute version of Shock Me) and it also comes with a 24 page booklet, and a magnet Love Gun(that looks like the original cardboard one that came with the original vinyl)
