Although I'm not really familiar with the Division Bell, if you enjoy that then I would definitely recommend you listen to Meddle if you haven't already - One Of These Days and Echoes are PF classics while most of the other tracks are fairly mellow (Fearless is my favourite of these). If you prefer David Gilmour to Roger Waters then I think there's a good chance you'd like this album.
This likely won't be my final rec but if you haven't listened to Gotye beyond his one hit song I'd recommend the album "Making Mirrors" as it's very underatted as a whole and has a strong Sting as well as Peter Gabriel influence throughout. It's very eclectic in general and I think he could've very well fit in with that era of singer songwriters!

I have all Pink Floyd albums. Thanks for the recommendation though. Meddle is indeed stunning!
Interesting. I was in fact curious about this album for some time. I only know that one hit song which I absolutely love! He does sound a lot like Sting, which can only be a good thing in my book. But does the album have atmospheric music?
I'm looking for albums with atmosphere, similar to the Division Bell or like in a song such as Sting's Fragile.
Maybe this weekend. Maybe. I love his albums, So and Us, which came later.
