I'm sure you will get all Saxon albums, Riffy. All of their stuff is brilliant IMO, here's another killer from the first self-titled album, Rainbow Theme/Frozen Rainbow

Here's a REALLY killer tune from their latest CD...this tune is called Afterburner

Killer song. :grinthumb
Sounded very old school whilst also being a modern Saxon song. Great music.

This album Wheels of Steel has me addicted to the music right away. I love the vocals and all too but this music is just amazing. Kinda dirty on myself for not discovering this band sooner. :grinthumb

Better late than never Riff...I must caution you their discog is HUGE...you are in for a lot of catching up if you really do get the Saxon fever.:D

I remember when I told Sox about their later albums, he'd lost track of them and when he listened to "Metalhead" he was chuffed at how good they had aged.

One of the single most underrated metal bands in rock history, whether by lack of label support or band management or timing it's mystifying to me why they are not ranked right up with Priest and Maiden because they are indeed worthy in my book.

That's nice Rattlehead, but if you Don't get this one I will have to disown you from the Saxon bike club...;)

Not only are the songs great on Unleash the Beast, but the production quality is really good, one of the best in the Saxon catalog easily.

Ill end up with that album in my collection since I did declare I would end up with their discography. Ill be keeping to my word on that.
Given the time it took to end up with the Floyd discography it could end up faster with Saxon because I am more of a sucker for good NWOBHM music.
