Definitely a lot of energy! I heard Flea played so furiously that he wore a hole in his thumb at one point! I can see why from watching this earlier stuff! Not what I prefer aesthetically but I can respect it!

I did like "Show Me Your Soul" and "Give It Away" but otherwise never really had much interest in RHCP. Doesn't mean I don't think they are a good, solid group, though.

I like RHCP! They made me like Rock&Roll sinc I first heard Californication.

The only thing I don't like, Is that they talk too much about California. I mean, come on man. Be more creative for ****s sake. :/

This band seems to get a raw deal elsewhere, I really like them, Californication has some really good moments, By The Way for me is a classic album, Venice Queen, Midnight, Dosed, all really great songs.
