There always seems to be one idiot in every crowd. One that could ruin everything for everyone.

In October of 1980 I was at the (Billed as) Black & Blue concert in Milwaukee. Blue Oyster Cult opened for Black Sabbath (Dio). After BOC's set and a long intermission Sabbath took the stage, after two songs some idiot threw a bottle... hit Geezer... and well...

I Found some audio from that show

A couple of other moments I've found on youtube where idiots were in attendance.

Billie Joe

Henry Rollins

Have any stories of shows you were at or videos where there was an Idiot in attendance?

Never seen anything like that when I used to go to live shows Terra, but I have no problem with band members or their crew beatin' a fan who throws something on stage that can injure someone.

wish there was footage of Ten Years After at Upsala College in the 70's. I was at that show where a guy picked up a chair and started hitting a guy over the head with it.

However, I was also at Woodstock 94 and was heading up to my tent when I decided to check out this band called Green Day. I liked the first song so I stayed and watched this break out

After watching all of them, Rollins was the best, I'll wager that fan will think twice before messing with anyone else next time.(Maybe Rollins was a hockey player before taking up music.:D)

black sabbath are way more heavy than boc , how did the sabbath fans take to boc's music, or did boc play mainly their heavy stuff?

?? It's been 30 years. BOC was promoting Cultosaurus Erectus that show... which is a bit heavier. I don't really pay attention to others unless they are with me, getting naked or passing a jay :D

Same here LG ... that clip had me laughing... and Rollins is only 1/2 the size he is now... I'm not sure about Hockey player but he was a Skater punk.
