There's a new track with Heike Langhans in a fairly subdued role. It's a Lake Of Tears song called Demon You/Lilly Anne

I think Heike will do OK.

The new album is finally out. Sovran was released on 10/30 and I just ordered my CD.

Heike fits in beautifully, picking up where Lisa left off. One track has Daniel Änghede (CRIPPLED BLACK PHOENIX, ISON, HEARTS OF BLACK SCIENCE & ASTROQUEEN) as guest vocalist.

The track is absolutely addictive. I've been playing it constantly.

Another band I have never heard of...but I dont seek out death metal/ doom stuff.
I liked the parts with out the growls.
They remind me of Black Sabbath 50 years later,,,,,its amazing how many bands are still influenced by them after all this time.

They remind me of Black Sabbath 50 years later,,,,,its amazing how many bands are still influenced by them after all this time.

Some of their early tracks remind me a great deal of Sabbath. There's some very Iommi-like chord progressions there.

I remember not liking the growls in Vader when I first heard them in 1992, but this type of music speaks to me now. I'm not sure what happened to me.
