How did you find CRF?

I found this forum for Paul (Sox) via a search on Google, he joined and told me what a top bananas place it was, so I signed up

That sums it up Sweaty. I belong to other message forums un-related to music and I must say this one, in general, is by far the most mellow, inviting, no pressure (well, except those somtimes difficult song v. song, band v. band polls) forum on the web.

I came here by way of Google looking for a place to talk about music with other fans of music. As big as the large social networking websites are, there still isn't a whole lot of talk about classic rock, live music, local bands or new acts. Even though I'm into classic rock, I love new groups that have that "sound" - harmonies, melodies, heavy riffs, great solo work... Songs you can really remember, and makes you want to get out and see a band live.

I hope to enjoy discussing old groups and new groups alike and get back into discovering the music that made me become a musician when I was just six years old.
