Yellow Submarine. I prefer Elton John's version of Pinball Wizard.

It's NOT very often that I'll take the Who over the Beatles, but in this case, I have no choice. Pinball Wizard is one of those songs that has been WAAAAY overplayed over the years, but compared to the dorky Beatles track here, it's still pretty good.

Yellow Sub is kind of funny and goofy, but I can't take too much of it.

Ack! really!? I can't stand Elton's version. I'm a big fan of a lot of stuff Elton did in the 70's, but that and Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds are two remakes I do not care for at all.

I like them both better than the originals. That's not to say they're better, I just prefer them. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
