There are so many great blues singers/guitarists..................

    Billie Holliday
    Stevie Ray Vaughn
    Muddy Waters
    T-Bone Walker
    B.B. King
    Junior Wells
    Mississippi John Hurt
    Howlin' Wolf
    Albert King
    Jeff Healey

That list should get anyone started!

This fellow doesn't get as much recognition as some of the other bluesmen but he's very good indeed:

Magic Slim & the Teardrops are underrated. I first saw them in Chicago at the Checkerboard Lounge in 1984. We'd never heard of him until then but he really made us sit up and take note of his playing.

I really like Roxanne Potvin ..

We first saw Roxanne at a local free blues festival in 2005 and then in 2006 when she opened for The Neville Brothers ... I would recommend seeing her.

Roxanne does a great cover of "Breakaway" which I can't find right now.

Not a big fan of the pure blues, but I do like Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Robert Cray is another artist I don't think gets the attention he deserves.

Joe Bonamassa, Gary Moore, and Kenny Wayne Shepherd. I think these guys have passed Roy Buchanan and Kim Simmonds as my favorites.
