Sad final days of Whitney's life. :(

LINK: Whitney Houston

Thanks Jackie, but personally I made my mind up this morning to just remember Whitney at her most gorgeous and talented, and to not read the media digging up all the dirt on her demise like they did when pictures of poor Michael Jackson's corpse went all over the www.

Rest In Peace Whitney :(

Such a part of my late teens /college era...When in Uni in Boston.
I loved her soulful voice
her classy style
and many of her films

Sadly with all the talent success and money she still had demons
I hoped she would beat her issues in rehab .,,48 is far too young for life to end...

Hope her daughter can cope with all this..she sounds like she taking it very hard..and has been 'the adult' in her parents lives...poor kid...

Peace to everyone who suffer the loss..

I can't really say I was a fan. Her music just wasn't my cup of tea, but even I knew what a powerful and uniquely beautiful voice she had. Often imitated, never duplicated, she's at peace now and her voice will never be silenced.

I find it really odd that they are still saying 'cause of death and location of the body are unknown at this time'. Cause? sure, I can see them holding that back, but location of the body? Sounds really fishy to me.

That is wierd Lynch......I can't say that I'm the biggest fan but I have to agree with a friend of mine who posted this on facebook. (He's also a metal fan/musician btw)

People need to remember, Whitney Houston had 12 #1 hits, 4 #1 albums, and a couple of big movies. She had the looks of a super model, and the voice of a goddess. Unfortuneately, she is being remembered as a drug addict, fame and fortune ultimately destroyed her...R.I.P...

Heard her teenaged daughter was hospitalized for stress after her death. Poor girl. :(

Yeah. :(

Apparently she inherited a good voice too. Maybe we'll hear from her in the future. :)

Reports are that she was found lying face down in the bathtub and couldn't be revived. :(

Actually, I think Whitney is being remembered for her voice. All over the media today is footage of her singing beautifully and looking beautiful. Yes, the cause of death is being talked about and her drug use, but unfortunately they are probably the factors for why she died at such a young age. Her downloads are going through the roof right now too, so people seem to be remembering about what she was for the music industry. I think she will always be remembered for being The Voice.
