Nice!
I saw Dangerous Toys at Great Woods in 1991. I actually liked their first album, but I never followed up with them on anything else.

My favorite album is their third one which is entitled Pissed. They played a new song called "One's Too Many" which is planned for the new studio album due sometime in 2026.

I recently went to a tribute band concert featuring Nearly Kiss and KC/DC.
I got the impression that Kiss band had a few personnel changes. I think the Gene Simmons character was an original member and sounded more like Simmons than the member posing as Paul Stanley sounded like Paul. It was entertaining. They covered a variety of songs from the band over the years in the make up and costumes of the original line up. They even played “Black Diamond”, one of my favorites.
The AC/DC tribute band closed the show, first with Bon Scott character and songs. It was apparent quickly that Bon Scott had also filled in as Paul Stanley just minutes earlier. He sound more like Bon than he did Paul.
The second set from the KC/DC band, they switched lead singers completely for a Brian Johnson character and Johnson songs.
The audience seemed to enjoy KC/DC a little more than Nearly Kiss though perhaps it was more the songs of the originals that shone through.
Not a bad evening. Both bands combined for more than a three hour show.

A friend of mine, surprised me and my mom with concert tickets last night. I saw Christopher Cross.

Fantastic show! He still has a great voice.

While we where there, my mom bought tickets for David Lee Roth.
Christopher Cross always had a very smooth voice. Never saw him live but I wore out an 8 track of his 1979 S/T debut. Sailing is one of those songs that gets stuck in my head..

Last time was last year to see Sons of Cream....tribute band for Cream with their sons...$25
Its a local venue about 13 miles from me ....not bad since at my age me and my friend wont drive distance anymore to see bands.
The Bodeans are playing soon but they want $120 plus fees....for the Bodeans?...are you serious?
No wonder I stay home these days.

Someone new must have bought the venue because 2 yrs ago I saw Kashmir a Zep tribute band for $25....and coming up in summer they want $75 plus fees at the same place. No effing way.:(

Last night I went to see the Thrash of the Titans tour stop in Worcester, MA at the Worcester Palladium. Testament, Overkill and Destruction. Loved the show!

Here's a look at Destruction:
