Play It Loud
On a Steven Wilson kick right now
New age prog rock. Hints of Crimson, Yes, along with his original take on prog rock.
Live
I've not listened to Steve Wilson' solo output, but I do remember Porcupine Tree and liked
them. What I am familiar with are his production credits for some incredible remixes
of some great prog classics. Two from Gentle
Giant and two from Yes -- that I have -- (and another one somewheres) one being above us- Topograhic Oceans, a favorite and all are quite great sounding. Kudos guys...
---------------------now playing
This one set the bar on exquisite production values: punchy, separation w/ an airiness to bring it home. The highs and bottom end are incredible. Steely D had some great sounding lps, but this exceeds even those imho... 1982
