This will always go down as one of my favorite
shows of all time: TRAFFIC 1994 right in my
own backyard... lucky lucky me. This disc is from the night before at Woodstock, playing songs from all of my favorite lps: John Barleycorn-Low Spark-Shoot Out at the Fantasy Factory. Stevie was a monster on guitar, that rumor was duly confirmed that night.

The darkest show of the tour, maybe any of them. The sound and fury of the show is legendary. Overhyped crowd, Waters pissed beyond his control and Gilmour embellishing the rage of the record onstage with fiery, gnarly cluster note solos and aggressive slide scapes, and superior electronics from Richard Wright that sets the overall tone. The show is an overwhelming and powerful document beyond belief, and is as good audio/performance-wise as Sirene's 'Definitive Oakland' boot.
