Clapton was so innovative on those early albums that they are essential listening for every rock fan. Along with Hank Marvin of The Shadows, Clapton is responsible for the guitar solo and bringing the guitar from the background to the front lead. I too have all their albums on vinyl, as well as a few bootlegs. They still sound fresh even after all these yearsI have the original hard cover LP with centrefold. I have every single LP by Cream.

Now that's going back in time. They had some great music
