Often I discover artist that have a following in Europe, or Down Under, that I've not heard of in America. Rory Gallagher seem to fit this case. I keep seeing his name, so I looked him up on the net. He passed on in 1995 and I did not see any associations with big groups or hit songs that made it to American radio's. He seems to be a regional artist as some are here in America. I would not expect many to know who Bruce Hornsby is on other continents.

So what is the Rory Gallagher story ? Any videos to watch and listen to would be a great aid .
