I usually don't like to have my picture taken because in my mind I look horrible plus, in the past, I've had comments from people who acted disappointed after posting a pic of myself.

I cannot speak for those other people, because I did not see what they wrote. I can tell you that you are far from horrible, but I understand the fear. I know that I see things about myself that other people say are not there. I cannot stand to have my picture taken either. I might have looked happy in that picture of me on the horse, but I was happy because of the horse, not me. It's ironic that I belong to a non-music forum, and I've been a member for seven years, and just yesterday, a member who is my friend of mine, finally posted a picture of himself after all this time, and like you, it was great. Unless we are unusually high and mighty about ourselves, most of us see our own flaws.
