A genuine blizzard, -10 Celsius wind and blowing snow, visibility on the highways will be almost zero, not a day to travel unless you have to. Probably get 10-15 cm's of snow, problem is we went from +2 Celsius yesterday to -13 C overnight so the bottom layer of this snowfall will be ice. Worst possible combination, not even going to bother shoveling until later today when it finally stops, the wind just blows it right back where it came from.
