^^Had a few of those myself last weekend Sunny.

Tried another new Belgian import on Saturday, "Leffe" a blond beer 6.1% alcohol. It was definitely smooth like all Belgian beers I've tasted...but it has almost a ginger aftertaste to me which was hard to get used to. I have 4 bottles left and will taste one by itself with dinner to see if I still get that hint of ginger aftertaste. Other than that it was good.

So I finished off my last Leffe yesterday, and it's not so much a ginger aftertaste as just the unique flavour of the Hops which Belgian brewers are world famous for. It's easily the smoothest 6% beer I've tasted but I'm not sure I'll buy another 6-pack anytime soon.
