Hawaii is temperate all year round, but it does Rain a helluva lot there too, not to mention Cyclones and Tsunami's are a regular occurrence.

Sounds a lot like Darwin :) Always over 30˚c all year round. In Winter it's usually like and dry, but in summer the tropics hit it hard. It was one of the few cities if not the only city which wasn't on Water Restrictions during the drought. :)

Tasmania is the Only place in Aus I would even consider, the South Island of New Zealand would be just about perfect for me.

Funny because just the other week Hobart reached over 40˚c, but that was a rare event.

^^I was kind of expecting some sort of death-charged music, instead I was surprised it was just a solid rock song. :) 7.5/10

^^^ I don't have much to say about the song other than it's not bad. Didn't dislike it but didn't really love it either. 6.5/10.

^^Yes I know even Tasmania is too hot for me CP/M...guess I'll never make the crossing and visit your continent after all...:peek

That still leaves New Zealand as a possibility though.:D

Australia's heat makes most places seem tame really. Central Australia is meant to hit 50 degrees Celsius this week, that is ridiculously hot. Glad I do not live out there.

^^Heat is not much fun admittedly, but it takes a lot longer to die of heat than it takes to freeze to death. Here on a cold night you'd be dead in a few minutes if you were caught unprepared. I think that's one reason Canadians not only take weather very seriously, but look out for each other, it's a matter of survival and we've grown up lending a hand when needed.
