^^Can't you go for a swim Rattlehead? Canberra has some lakes close by and are perfect to cool off when it's that hot. I couldn't' function at those high temperatures, the mere thought makes me want to lie down...

Here its a little different......-7 Celsius with overcast skies but no snow on the horizon, which is fine with me. Feel sorry for my friends down east though they got Plastered with a lot of heavy wet snow, going to take a few days to get things back to normal.

^^You make a good point, but I would stay in as long as possible even if I wrinkled up like an old prune.

Cold beer would be good on the beach too.
