Just got home from a road trip to Anchorage. That is one LONG day of driving just to do some shopping and sightseeing. I'm exhausted.

We did! It's very cool around the Denali area too. On our way back we stopped in Denali and went to the shops and got some dinner. Almost hit some moose on the way back. It was a lot of fun though, but I did some serious wallet damage.

The sales are on in all the stores here and I really should go shopping but the shopping gene missed me completely ...... much to my friends' disgust - they shop 'til they drop

I'm not usually one to spend a ton, but I received my payout of my vacation time from my previous employer so I basically had an extra paycheck.
