Going to a funeral/ memorial for a friends wife today. She died of cancer, pretty sorry affair as she was quite young. By passing the"rosary" whatever that is ....I'm really just being drug along by friend of mine who basically told me the other day that I need to go and she will be here @ 11:30 am.

Had to squeeze in my workouts in all week w/o resting at all ( something I hate doing ) because it's basically an all day thing. Part me is just worried that I,m gonna be eating too much junk... ie potato salad ect..at this thing and have a bit of small set back from the last three weeks work of getting noticeably more leaned out / cut up ..kinda of selfish I know ....
