You should get the 45rpm vinyl edition Riff, it is hands down the best sounding version of Ride...I've ever heard. I have 3 CD's, of them the SHM Japanese import is the best followed by the DCC or AF remaster...then the regular CD is bringing up the rear.
Vinyl is something I have considered in future, I would just need to find a decent player to play them on.

Tons of great TT's available in the vintage shops and ebay, I would buy one of those over Any of the new USB cheap ones,,,they aren't terrible but there is a big difference in quality. I am hoping vinyl makes a comeback or at least the specialty labels keep releasing updated versions of old classics.

Saw them live with Opeth on the recent Heritage tour. They are pretty chill. I need to check them out. Best album to start with?

My only S.T. album Wolf. Actually I had bought it on cassette when it was released and D/L it and ripped 'er some years back. Not very good sound quality so I D/L a better file yesterday along with How Will I Laugh Tomorrow....
