Yes, I've seen that one, unfortunately it's a totally different song which shares the same name written by Nicholas Cester. There's also the song with the same name from Bread, which is a totally different version again, written by Muddy Waters (from the Bread album On the Waters!).
The thing about The Rose Garden version which stands out is the Chorus part:
"How I Miss Your, Loving Feeling
Your Sweet Kiss and Your Loving Feeling"
Though the way it's being sung, leads me to think somebody else sung that song, though have never found such a version. I don't know if it's because another group took the way the chorus was sung and changed the words around a little, I just felt the other version sung the chorus part of that song a little bit faster.
The same song (unsure if it's the original) was also performed by the Pozo Seco Singers
That was about as far as I got with that.
There's also a Marty Robbins song which goes by the same name, again it's another song altogether written by S. Gibb ( Don't know any BG which bears the same S.)
