TODD RUNDGREN'S UTOPIA - 'Ra'
Not as good as the previous one, but still worth a listen.

RAINBOW - 'The Best of Rainbow' (compilation)

View attachment 213230
I originally bought this double-vinyl Rainbow compilation album when it first came out back in 1982 but 'got rid of it' nearly 40 years ago. The track selection was the usual stuff off the first 5 studio albums between Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow (1975) & Difficult To Cure (1981) with no rare tracks being included. What let this release down was the album 'artwork' just look at the picture above and a inside few 'tiny little' pictures of the band members not even a decent LARGE PICTURE OF RITCHIE BLACKMORE ON STAGE maybe?.

Anyway maybe less than a year ago I stubbled on a double-cd of this album put out by Polydor records (the same label as the vinyl album) and bought it!. I presume that it is a early cd pressing from the early 1980s as the double-cd comes in a old double-cd box with the two separate discs which are both in pretty good condition with no scratches or scuff marks on either disc.
