which song is better?

I prefer Victim of Changes. Better vocals, better riffs and solos.

But Hallowed be thy Name is a great song too.

What an impossibly hard question to answer. Both songs are better live than the studio versions. Both songs I'd say were done even better after each band's reunions than in their 80's "primes".

I have to give the nod to VOC because I've seen both bands live twice. Heard both songs twice in person. I've never heard anything like Halford's vocals on VOC in person. I remember hearing Hallowed but nothing really sticks out about it live VOC. So VOC wins in a super duper tie breaker.
