I thought maybe the "dum dum dum's" in the chorus was what you were looking for, but it didn't really have the caveman thing you mentioned...
Yeah. And the video I'm thinking about is probably really really obscure and only played for a short duration on MTV in the early 90s. I'm losing hopes of finding out.
